- Dejar de batir para agregar los polvos (harina, Royal, bicarbonato y sal) cernidos. Mezclar sin que se escape mucho aire que se incorporo durante el batido y vierte sobre el caramelo.



- Para el flan. Licuar todos los ingredientes (la leche condensada, leche evaporada, huevos, la vainilla y la fécula de maíz)
Verter con mucho cuidado, encima de la mezcla de chocolate. Y hornear a baño María por 1 hora y 15 minutos.


- Una vez pasado el tiempo. Sacar del baño María y desmoldar.
