- Elaboraremos el bizcocho batiendo las yemas, una vez a punto de listón agregaremos la harina 1 y el azúcar glass de poco en poco, seguido batiremos las claras

- Relleno: batiremos la crema para batir hasta que esté lista, seguido derretiermos el chocolate blanco a baño María junto con las chispas de chocolate, le agregaremos el chocolate derretido a la crema y batiremos hasta integrar, rallamos el chocolate Oaxaca sobre la mezcla de chocolate y crema para batir, usaremos Esta mezcla para rellenar el bizcocho cortado en 3 discos, rellenaremos y humectaremos el bizcocho con el jarabe hasta que hayamos puesto el último disco.



- Buttercream: batiremos la manteca vegetal junto el azúcar glass, hasta que punto de crema, seguido agregaremos la margarina, batimos y agregamos la mantequilla



- Usaremos la buttercream para cubrir el pastel



- Para hacer la flores usaremos el buttercream rojo y una pala para repostería, para efecto de manchas usaremos una hora de colorante rojo y una de azul, los untaremos en el pastel de forma intercalada y listo
