- 250 gr mantequilla
- 500 gr harina

- Llevaremos a hornear la masa de nuestra tarta por 15 o 20 minutos aproximadamente, sin cocer demasiado ya que sólo es una precocción. Para esto colocaremos papel encerado sobre la masa y enseguida colocaremos frijoles crudos o arroz para hacer peso y evitar que la masa esponje.



- Pasado el tiempo, retiramos del horno. Quitamos los frijoles y el papel y rellenamos con la mezcla que hicimos anteriormente con las manzanas (tratando de escurrir el líquido lo más que se pueda), después espolvoreamos la masita arenosa que hicimos y las nueces sobre las manzanas. De modo que queden como en la imagen. Llevamos a hornear nuevamente durante 30 o 40 minutos aproximadamente o hasta observar que ya están levemente doradas las pastas y listo.



- Retiramos, dejamos enfriar y servimos. Puedes acompañarla con helado, Cajeta o lo que a ti te guste. Y a disfrutar!
