- Cuando este a punto de hervor lo agregamos al chocolate


- Revolvemos y reservamos

- Sacamos el pastel del refrigerador
- Vertemos el ganache y hacemos un dripping (gotas)


- Decoramos con las frutas o con lo que más nos guste
