- Primero colocaremos nuestra fresa entera sin el rabo con el azúcar en el fuego

- Cuando esté hirviendo agregaremos la fécula de maíz e iremos hidratando con el jugo de limón


- Dejaremos que hierva para que se espese

- Una vez terminado se lo agregaremos a el cheesecake
