  6. Una vez que llegue al punto de ebullición vamos a realizar el atemperado que consiste en dar la misma temperatura que tiene la leche a la mezcla, esto agregando la cantidad de leche que sea necesario a la mezcla
  7. Una vez llegado a ese punto vaciar a la leche y dejar a fuego lento hasta obtener una mezcla más espesa. Dejar enfriar para poder ocuparla
  8. Rellenar cada uno de los profiliteroles con la crema pastelera
  9. Colocar un sartén a fuego lento para realizar el caramelo y con este ir pegando las piezas para así formar la forma de una pirámide, con el caramelo dar varias vueltas para generar su alrededor
