  7. Para la salsa
    Sacar el jugo. A los limones, obtener la ralladura y colocar junto con el azúcar blanca y mantequilla en una olla
  8. En un bowl aparte batir el huevo y el.azúcar blanca restante a punto de liston. templar con la mezcla anterior una vez que esté hirviendo
  9. Regresar al fuego y cocinar hasta espesar
    Reservar y usar
