- Vamos a combinarlas de forma envolvente, esto para que no pierda el aire creado, agregando alternadamente la harina de poco en poco hasta de se acabe la mezcla



- Ahora en una charola con papel encerado vamos a vaciar nuestra mezcla y la vamos a llevar al horno durante 10-12 minutos a una temperatura de 180°



- Una vez que salga del horno, vamos a pasarlo a un trapo húmedo, colocaremos nuestra crema de limón previamente refrigerada y la untaremos


- Comenzaremos a enrollar el pan con demasiado cuidado, esto para que no se rompa


- Al final con el trapo húmedo lo vamos a enrollar como un dulce por un momento para que se compacte


- Ahora pasamos a un plato y decoramos
