- Una vez teniendo una masa suave y elástica. Colocamos en un recipiente y dejamos fermentar hasta que doble su tamaño, podemos colocar un poco de aceite para evitar que se reseque. Una vez doblado su tamaño ponchamos, y colocamos harina en nuestra mesa de trabajo, dividimos en dos porciones y comenzaremos a estirar con un rodillo.



- Comenzamos a estirar con ayuda de un rodillo cada porción (darle la forma según sea tu agrado ya sea forma circular o rectángular). Una vez teniendo la forma deseada enharinamos nuestra charola y colocamos nuestra porción de masa.



- Ya formada nuestra masa, agregamos con ayuda de un cucharón nuestra salsa y esparcimos uniformemente en la misma. Posteriormente colocamos una capa de queso mozzarella y posteriormente el Peperoni (o el relleno de tu agrado).



- Una vez colocados nuestros ingredientes de relleno, procedemos a precalentar nuestro horno a 180°. Posteriormente introducimos al horno por un lapso de 20-25 minutos.


- Pasado el tiempo de cocción correcto, retiramos del horno esperamos que entibie un poco y disfruta!!!
