- Comenzamos suavizando las mantecas ya sea con una espátula o con ayuda de la batidora.


- Agregamos el azúcar en forma de lluvia hasta obtener una preparación tersa y esponjosa.
Agregamos los huevos uno a uno (si es necesario) batiendo hasta incorporarlos


- Ya que tenemos una mezcla homogénea procedemos a agregar los polvos previamente cernidos, posteriormente agregamos la ralladura de naranja. En esta ocasión incorporamos los ingredientes sin batir demasiado



- Ya que tenemos nuestra masa conformada, colocamos en una bolsa y metemos a refrigeración durante 20 minutos.


- Ya transcurrido el tiempo, precalentamos el horno a 180°C, dividimos la masa y le damos forma de esfera, colocamos en una charola con espacio suficiente y con ayuda de nuestras palmas presionamos para dejar la superficie plana.



- Metemos a hornear por aproximadamente 12 minutos o hasta que las orillas estén ligeramente doradas.
Retiramos del horno y espolvoreamos con azúcar.
