- Una vez ya teniendo todas las piezas de carne llenas de chile, es momento de colocarlas en la parrilla de la olla, está ya debe de tener un poco de agua debajo. Después encima de la carne colocamos las hojas de aguacate.

- Ya que haya cocido perfectamente la carne, lo que prosigue es montar nuestro plato.
- Para acompañar mi carne horneada, previamente había preparado una pasta de frijol y una salsa de miltomate con chile de árbol.
- Para nuestro montaje nuevamente nos apoyaremos de nuestras pinzas.

- Primeramente con nuestras pinzas colocamos los pedazos de carne enchilada y agregamos un poco del caldo de chile encima de la carne, lo tenemos que hacer cuidadosamente sin manchar el plato.
