- Enharinamos nuestra superficie para comenzar a trabajar la masa, la extendemos con un rodillo y vertemos harina.


- Vamos a doblar las orillas hacia el centro de la masa cómo se muestra en la imagen. Se repite una vez más de cada lado. En cada doblez se agrega harina.


- Extendemos la masa a un grosor de un cm y cortamos con un vaso, luego marcamos con una tapa los círculos del centro.


- El huevo que sobra lo vamos a separar, la yema la dividimos en dos. La mitad la revolvemos con la clara y la otra mitad la reservamos. Barnizamos con la mezcla de clara y yema. Reposamos 15 min.
Una vez que se seca el huevo, barnizamos con pura yema.

- Vamos a tapar con un paño limpio y dejar reposar por 30 min para que incremente su tamaño.
Horneamos por 20 min. a 180 grados y servimos.
Se pueden acompañar con queso Philadelphia y mermelada.
