  5. Agregamos el aceite de olivo y la mezcla del poolish, la mezcla lo vas agregando por poquitos para poder mezclarlo bien.
  6. Lo vamos mezclando bien con nuestras manos, hasta obtener la masa.
  7. Hacemos otra fermentación, lo ponemos en un bowl, y lo colocamos en un lugar cálido para que sea más rápido la fermentación. Por 20-25 minutos.
  8. Ya que haya pasado el tiempo de fermentación, ponchamos nuestra masa.
  9. Lo ponemos en la mesa con un poco de harina y aplanamos con el rodillo. Que no sea tan delgada la masa.
  10. Le cortamos los inferiores y le vamos dando forma rectangular.
  11. Al gusto, le agregas un poco de aceite de olivo, pimienta y sal. Para que le dé un poco de sabor. Y lo llevamos a fermentar por unos 15-20 minutos.
  12. Ya que hayan crecido el doble, lo llevamos al horno precalentado a 180°C.
  13. ¡Listo! Después los sacas del horno y los dejas enfriar.
  14. A mí gusto, me hice un sándwich con la chapata o ciabatta.
