- Ahora que nuestra masa ha doblado su tamaño, primero la pochamos y posterior a ello pesamos tantos de 250 gr.



- Teniendo nuestras porciones divididas, procedemos a darle forma de baguette, con nuestra manos formamos una tira no muy delgada y uniforme.


- Teniendo ya la forma, le hacemos unas ligeras aberturas por la superficie, con ayuda de un cuchillo filoso.


- Es momentos de su segunda fermentación, esperamos a que doble su tamaño para saber que está listo.


- Ahora nuestro huevo lo batimos en un recipiente y con ayuda de una cuchara o una brocha barnizamos nuestro pan y colocamos enseguida el ajonjolí.



- Es momento de hornear, lo hacemos por veinte minutos a 180 grados centígrados.(varía).¡ listo!
