- Extenderemos la masa en la mesa, recortaremos rectángulos del mismo tamaño de tu preferencia y enrollalas, ya que tengan esa forma vuelvan a plastarla



- Será nuevamente un rectángulo y ahora la enrollaremos en sí mismo, es importante aplastar bien los cierres y estiramos hasta el tamaño de nuestra preferencia



- Sobre una bandeja, pon una manta limpia y espolvoréale harina, después acomoda las baguettes así… tápalo y déjalo fermentar nuevamente



- Precalienta tu horno a 200° C por 15 minutos
- Ya que hayan fermentado pásalos a la otra charola que nos servirá para hornear, hazle un corte en la parte externa a tu gusto, úntale huevo y ajonjolí si es de tu gusto, en necesario engrasar la charola para que no se pegue el pan



- Los metemos al horno a 200° C por 20 minutos
- Saca del horno



- Y listo!!!! decora a tu gusto.
