A la izquierda la pimienta, a la derecha la nuez moscada. En la tabla de picar les muestro la nuez entera, yo uso rallador pero pudieran usar ya molida que no sabe igual
  5. La nuez moscada es apenas un toque, para darle suavidad y diferencia, es una especia de sabor muy fuerte
  6. Cuando comience a secar, se añade la leche y se integra
  7. Se deja espesar hasta un punto menos denso del que se quiera comer, al retirarlo del fuego seguirá evaporando y haciéndose más espeso.
  8. Sírvase con la proteína que gusten en mi caso, milanesas
