- Aparte en un tazón se bate el huevo con sal y pimienta. En un sartén antiadherente se pone un poco de aceite de oliva o mantequilla, se vacía el huevo y se hace una tortilla, cuando el huevo esté casi seco, se voltea. Se saca de la lumbre y se corta en pedazos pequeños.



- Una vez cocidas las verduras se agrega el arroz al vapor (ver mi receta de arroz al vapor). Se agrega una cucharada de mantequilla. Se revuelve todo en forma envolvente para que el arroz no se bata, se agrega el huevo y al último se le agrega un chorro de salsa de soya, sal y pimienta..


- Yo lo serví como cama de la receta de salmón con brócoli estilo Thai de Mercedes Cossio. (Incluso al arroz por eso no le puse brócoli, en esta ocasión).
Si se desea a este arroz se le puede poner carne de puerco y/ o de res, pescado o camarones. En caso de usar cualquiera de estos ingredientes o todos, se sofríen después de la cebolla y se apartan antes de poner las verduras para que no se sobrecosan y se vuelven a poner al último junto con el huevo.
