  8. Agarramos un poco de la masa, la extendemos para rellenarla de queso y cerramos, y lo siguente es bolear para que nos queden circulares, y las colocamos a la charola, para la segunda fermentación.
  9. Después de que se haya fermentado se barniza con huevo y se decora con ajonjolí.
  10. Por último se hornea a 180°Cpor 30 minutos y listo ya están los deliciosos bollos de queso.
