- Pasamos la masa a la mesa y seguimos amasando. Cuando la masa ya tome firmeza, vamos a agregar las grasas(mantequilla, margarina y la manteca de cerdo) las vamos agregar una por una. Las mantequilla y margarina deben de estar en forma de pomada, para que sea más fácil incorporar a la masa.



- Amasar durante 10-15 minutos hasta obtener una suavidad en la masa y el punto de media. Cuando este lista la masa la dejamos fermentar por 30 min o hasta que doble su tamaño.



- Ponchamos la masa con el puño y cortamos partes de 80 gr y boleamos


- Cubrimos la superficie con manteca vegetal en forma de pomada. Nos podemos ayudar con la palma de la mano



- Pesamos bolitas de masa para la costra, de aproximadamente 25 gr.
La extendemos presionando con las manos y cubrimos la superficie de las bolitas.

- Marcamos con el cortador o con moldes, si no tuvieras ninguno de los dos lo puedes a ser con un cuchillo.
Fomentamos durante 30 minutos. Y después horneamos a 180°C por un tiempo aproximado de 25-35 minutos

- Listo tenemos nuestras conchas!!!



- Paso para la costra
- Mezclamos la harina, con el azúcar glass y la manteca vegetal hecha pomada para poder unificar



- Cuando esté lista. Cortamos a la mitad y reservamos una parte



- A la parte que ocuparemos, le agregamos la cocoa e incorporamos. Y listo ya tenemos dos capas de nuestra concha.
