- Ponchar la masa.
Poner un poco de harina en la mesa, extender la masa, cortarla en forma de rectángulo.


- Para el relleno vamos a combinar el azúcar mascabado co la canela en polvo.
Las pasas se pueden quedar normal o reposarlas en ron blanco o brandy.

- Untar mantequilla en la masa, después ponerle la mezcla del azúcar, pasas, nueces o chispas de chocolate si lo deseas.
Enrollarlo en forma de taco.


- Cortar tiras aproximadamente 2.5 cm, colocar los rollos en un refractario engrasado con mantequilla.
Reposar otra vez hasta que doble su tamaño.
